Introducing Rathmoy Farm & Estate

“A Landscape Shaped by Generations”

Nestled in the rolling hills of Hunterville, Rathmoy’s story began in 1938 when Sir Thomas Duncan gifted ‘Whaka’ to his daughter. Today, his great-grandson, Mark Grace, and his wife, Andrea, continue the rich farming legacy, which is renowned for its fertile pastures, diverse livestock, and deep-rooted traditions.

Rathmoy’s expansive landscapes provide an ideal environment for raising Speckle Park, Angus, and Hereford cattle, alongside premium sheep breeds. Ethically raised, free-range, and grass-fed, the livestock thrive in a setting that reflects a commitment to regenerative practices and respect for the land. This careful stewardship ensures high-quality, marbled meat, rich in flavour and a testament to the farm’s dedication to ethical farming.

Beyond its agricultural roots, Rathmoy Estate serves as a tranquil retreat, offering a secluded lodge that accommodates up to 10 guests. With breathtaking views and serene surroundings, it has become a sought-after destination for weddings, events, and getaways, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural landscape.

At its core, Rathmoy is more than a farm—it is a place where the land tells a story. A story of heritage, sustainability, and connection to nature.

Verified regenerative is not just about produce, it includes tourism. If you want to experience ecotourism with people regenerating their land, Rathmoy presents a wonderful opportunity. Mark, Andrea and his girls will welcome you to be part of their story.
